General
• Check in time is 12:00pm for powered sites and 2 pm for Cabins.
• Check out time is 10:00am.
• Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
• All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include all taxes and levies (GST).

Booking Conditions

• At time of booking, we take one nights accommodation as the booking fee.

• A minimum one night’s stay will be charged as your deposit at the time of making your reservation, with the balance to be paid upon arrival. This streamlines your check in process during our busy period and means you only need pick up your keys at reception and/or notify reception of your arrival and drive to your site. Gives you more time to relax and enjoy your stay with us

• When a cancellation occurs 7 days or more prior to arrival no penalties will be incurred.
• If cancelling within 7 days of due arrival, $20 cancellation. If you do not notify the park of your cancellation or do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, your booking will be cancelled, and deposit forfeited.
• No refunds will be given for early departures.
• The Dirranbandi Retreat and Caravan Park reserves the right to cancel a booking for "no shows”

• Rates are for two adults per night. Adult (15+ years)
• Child 3-14 years (No Charge)
• For our Caravan, Camper and RV travellers. We offer roomy powered sites, drive-thru sites, and options for unpowered camping. Our amenities are clean and tidy.

• All additional guests are charged extra per night, however children under 2 years old may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• Our self-contained cabin accommodation is very well appointed, all cabin prices include linen. Perfect for couples, singles, and workers. We have a variety to choose from. Some en-suited, some with shared amenities.
• All available for weekly or long-term rental.

• A weeks rent is taken for bond is taken for long term stays…

• For any extra bed or person staying in a van, cabin or swag, the office must be made aware. Fees will be charged if deemed appropriate.
• Higher fees are charged if the office is not informed.

• Tours, extra people, upgrades are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

• Many people like to extend their stay in Dirranbandi, as there is so much to see and do. To make this as hassle free as possible, notify Reception as soon as possible. The latest you can notify us is 9am the day you wish to extend.
• However, if another person has made a booking on that site, you may have to move if there is no other solution.

Whilst every effort is made to keep you on a preferred site or cabin location, Dirranbandi Caravan Park reserves the right to change your site or cabin number if it is deemed necessary.
General Information

• Pets welcome under your control
• It Is your responsibility to remove and dispose of their waste.
• Please notify us at the time of booking if you have pets with you.
• We have an off leash area for you to enjoy with them.
• Pets are to be on lead at all times.
• Pest are permitted in all areas around the park except in the amenities block and in the camp kitchen while food is being prepared or consumed. You are most welcome to let them off lead in the front garden so they can roll and run freely.
• And they are a very welcome member of Happy Hour. On leads and around the pet friendly cotton rolls.
• You are responsible for the damage to our property caused by your pets.

• Upon booking we will take a record of your credit card as a bond that may be used in the event of property damage or theft.
• Depending upon the severity of damage caused to our property;
o We will, at our discretion, charge you an excess or fee for the replacement of,
o or service fee for external contractors (to repair)
o and or loss of income for property that cannot be rented during the period of repair works.
• You are responsible for the damage to our property caused by your pets.
• For Commercial Bookings – where a tenant is staying under the care of a company…
o it is the company’s responsibility to pay all expenses in the replacement, repair and loss of income from not having tenancy available for rent.

• We are running a small local business with a community mindset, please respect others by being respectful and limit your alcohol consumption on site
• Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave.

Our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests. In our park, increased cleaning and hygiene practices have been implemented. We stay up to date with all state government regulations and changes.
If you are worried about an upcoming booking or are unable to travel due to COVID restrictions, please contact us directly at dirranbandicaravanpark@gmail.com. Any changes to bookings, including cancellations, refunds and credits must be made via email.
